📘 Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content (e-books, guides, templates, videos), all sales are final. Once the file is downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you encounter any issue accessing your digital product, contact us at support@yaldar-enterprises.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
🧾 Consulting & Translation Services
For consultation-based services (legal, educational, real estate, or translation), refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Full refund: If the service is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation or before any document work has started.
- Partial refund: If work has started but not completed, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work done.
- No refund: Once the service has been fully delivered or the consultation has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve your concern or offer a suitable compensation.
📦 Physical Products (if available)
For any physical products previously ordered from our online store, our 30-day return policy still applies:
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Email us to initiate a return.
⏳ Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary based on your bank or card issuer.
